Bright Beginnings is dedicated to meeting the immediate needs of children and families living in homelessness.
The Bright Beginnings staff is deeply committed to high-quality early childhood education for homeless children and supporting their families with the services they need for healthy living. Our staff is well prepared to address the complex needs of our children and families. We set the bar high by requiring all lead teachers to hold a four-year degree in early childhood education or a similar focus of study, as well as experience working with young children in a classroom setting. We believe investing in our staff is important for the continued success of our young learners and, therefore, require all staff to complete at least 24 hours of professional development each year.
